Drive sober or get pulled over
The holidays are a wonderful time to gather with loved ones and ring in the festive season. However it’s important to remember to celebrate responsibly and drive sober. More than 10,000 people died from alcohol-impaired crashes in 2016, according to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

Driving under the influence is extremely dangerous as drugs and alcohol impair reasoning and muscle coordination. Driving impaired can result in arrest, expensive fines, jailtime or a serious crash that causes injury or death.

Prevent drunken driving:
  • Plan a safe ride home. Designate a sober driver, call a cab or use a ride-sharing service.
  • Don’t let people who have been drinking get behind the wheel
  • If you see an impaired driver contact the police
