Week of 7/13/20
Two road closures begin July 13
SW 103rd Avenue, between Laurel and Kennedy streets, is closed July 13-Aug. 9 for culvert replacement.

The existin g 36-inch culvert is undersized and in poor condition. It will be replaced by a 108-inch by 60-inch reinforced concrete box culvert.

The larger culvert will provide better water flow and allow passage for native migratory fish.

Butner Road  between 126th and Huntington avenues is closed July 13-Aug. 24 for culvert replacement.

Pedestrian and bicycle access will be maintained through the project area. Other travelers must use the signed detour to Murray Boulevard, Walker Road and Cedar Hills Boulevard. Access to St. Andrews Lutheran Church and other properties will be maintained from the east.
