Breakfast/Coffeepot Fellowship WILL continue for the summer, but in a simpler form. We will have doughnuts and coffee on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am until school resumes. This will be provided on a volunteer basis. The volunteer for this Sunday, June 2, is Melissa Coleman . The volunteer for next Sunday, June 9, is Debra Johnson.
This Tuesday, June 4, our teens will be traveling to Toccoa, GA, for SuperWOW. Please pray for travel mercies, pray for protection for our teens, Bro. Pete & Kim, and for this to be a life-changing experience for each of our teens and that they come back closer to the Lord!
The following is a prayer request from our Associational Missionary, Dennis Phillips:
Newton Ombete is a Kenyan friend, brother, pastor, and host to the International Bible Institute in Nairobi. He emailed me early this morning to ask for prayer. Muslim aggression against Christians has intensified in the last two weeks. Four church buildings have been completely destroyed and many believers have been injured from the aggression; he did not mention any deaths. Believers are beginning to flee the area which allows the Muslims to be more aggressive towards the ones who stay. He asked for prayer that believers will have the peace of God and stay in their place to worship and serve. (His building nor congregation have been directly attacked yet but he anticipates it at any time. His building is located between two Mosques.)
Thank you in advance for praying for them.

Please consider giving your time and using your talents by being a volunteer at VBS. Volunteer sign-up forms are located at the Welcome Center.
