I don't know how it is in your part of the country, but we are still enjoying warm days here in Idaho with just a touch of fall. There is so much happening at HCI this month. I want to remind you about the early bird discounts that expire on October 30. Our club directors are eligible for a $200 rebate if they register for Peer Group by the deadline and meet the other requirements. Partners will save $100 on membership renewal and another $100 off Peer Group registration if completed by the deadline. But you must get it done by October 30th.
The HCI website is getting a facelift this month and we will be rolling it out soon. You've gotten a taste of it already if you registered on-line for Fall Forum or Peer Group, but there is so much more that we are excited to reveal. Just like the vibrant color changes coming our way this fall, the changes at HCI are going to be spectacular-watch for more details coming soon!
You won't want to miss Peer Group in Vermont. We have an amazing conference planned for you with everything that you have come to expect including interesting keynote speakers to educate and entertain, an Open Mic session with our Travel Partners, panel discussions, Banker/Partner Table Topics, and networking opportunites galore including the Travel Expo. This year we have changed things up a bit and have a few surprises for you as well.
Many of you have never been to Vermont. This is a great opportunity to travel to this part of the country and experience something new for yourself, and you may find that you want to bring your whole club back for a visit! The Essex Culinary Resort and Spa has offered a special 15% discount to our members who want to take advantage of their fabulous spa or culinary offerings. Plan to arrive early or stay longer to take a class or get a treatment. You can book these directly with the resort at 877-684-1123.
There is still a little time left to register for Fall Forum coming up on November 7 and November 11. Click here for all the details.
Partner Profile: Islands in the Sun
Russ and Susan Rosenberry of
Islands in the Sun have over 20 years of experience providing group travelers with custom-tailored travel experiences. "This has been our best year ever," says Russ. "We have been very busy this year selling lots of river cruises and trips to Europe to HCI bank clubs." The river cruises down the Columbia River in Oregon and the mighty Mississippi continue to be most popular.
They are particularly excited about their Antarctica itinerary that they have coming up in December 2017. Islands in the Sun is hosting this trip and invite any HCI club members who are "continent collectors" to join them on this excursion to the seventh continent. They will be spending New Year's Eve in Buenos Aires and starting 2018 off on the MS Fram for a journey to the coldest, driest, highest, cleanest continent in the world. Russ and Susan traveled to the fjords of Norway last September and look forward to guiding others in this breathtaking experience.
They have found that HCI clubs are actively traveling despite recent events around the world. They are looking forward to Peer Group in Vermont and are happy to serve their HCI customers. Russ and Susan have been to every continent and more than 105 countries. They don't offer anything that they have not experienced themselves so they are thoroughly familiar with the ships, land tours and locations, and can create custom tours to meet your specific needs. Contact them at 800-278-7786, firstname.lastname@example.org or at www.crus-sun.com.
