What We Believe
John Davis, President | Blog

If you want to figure out what an organization stands for, you might read its mission statement. A famous school once had the mission: “Everyone shall consider as the main end of his life and studies, to know God and Jesus Christ, which is eternal life.” That college is now known as Harvard University.

If you want to know what really holds up the mission, look at the statement of faith (if there is one). It likely won’t be short or pithy, but it should reveal the bedrock beliefs of the institution.

If you want to know what we believe at Heritage Christian Schools, look at our statement of faith. This document establishes the roots of the school.

Friday, 4/21 - Altered Schedule for Grades 7-12
Please mark your calendar! On Friday, April 21 the Middle/High School campus will have an altered school day schedule. Students do not need to report to campus until 9:00am and will be dismissed at 2:00pm. Those needing to arrive at the normal time or come via the bus will have supervised study time from 7:30-9 and from 2-2:30pm.

We will be using this day to accomplish our state Forward and Pre-ACT testing for grades 7-10. This will also allow our 11th grade students to participate in a college visit, and provide our juniors and seniors who have AP tests the following weeks some extra time to prepare.
