PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR U.S. MANAGERS: SPECIAL OFFER

This 3-day online course offers heritage managers in the fields of heritage, the environment, and social action a pathway for running successful projects from inception, planning and implementation, to closure. "Project management is a skill that many take for granted and is under-rated in its importance, but it affects every aspect of our work", says HERITΛGE Director Dr. Evangelos Kyriakidis. Since 2008 HERITΛGE has provided scholarships and training for more than 2,000 heritage professionals in over 95 countries.

Tim Healing will lead the course with over 30 years of experience working as a project manager and background in project management, community, and NGO development. He specializes in the coordination and support of cultural heritage and community-based social action projects, working with local communities, national and regional museums, and heritage institutions as well as government and non-governmental organizations. He has worked on several continents with organizations such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, British Museum, Whiting Foundation, Slemani Museum, Egyptian Heritage Rescue Fund, Wallach Art Gallery, Antiquities Coalition, ALIPH and the Council on Library and Information Resources.
