Dear Residents,

There have been a few questions that some of you have called in about recently. I thought it might be a good idea to share them in case others may have the same questions.

Heritage is a smoke-free community and per the lease, smoking should be no closer than 10 feet from the apartment building.
Pets and ESA Dogs must be on a leash and picked up after each time they are outside.
Trash containers and recycling bins are to be stored in the garage. We ask that trash is not set out until the night before collection day which is on Monday and that containers are brought back into the garage by 10:00 a.m. the next morning.
Bulk pick-up. The rental office must schedule this with TrashCab within 48 business hours for them to schedule it for a possible Monday collection. There is also a fee per item that TrashCab will charge. So, please call in prior to putting large items out so we can get this information first. They will not automatically collect bulk items up without these steps.
Recycling bins must only contain metal cans, glass bottles and jars, paper & cardboard (No Pizza Box's) plastic bottles and Jars. If other items are mixed in, your recycling will not be taken.

Congratulations!

To Faith and Gregory on Heirloom Drive. They were the winner's of our random drawiling for paying their rent on or before the 1st of January. They received a $100 Visa gift card!

Valentine's and Dog Biscuit Day!

Beginning February 1st - stop in the office to enter our $50 gift card drawing for dinner at Elliot's. Winner will be notified Tuesday morning the 14th.

While supplies last, please stop in the office anytime Tuesday the 14th until 5:00 p.m to pick up a box of heart filled chocolates for Valentine's Day!

We will be celebrating dog biscuit day on Thursday, February 23rd. Keep a look out for a special treat for your furry pooch on your front door that day!
