Heritage Valley Kennedy

Due to declining patient activity and reimbursements from insurance companies, effective June 30, 2025, Heritage Valley Kennedy Hospital will be temporarily closing and consolidating services into its other Heritage Valley facilities. We say “temporarily” closing, because we continue to actively seek partnerships with the intent of ensuring the continued delivery of behavioral health services to the community.

We will continue to support the community by offering the following services within the Medical Office Building, which is connected to Heritage Valley Kennedy:

• ConvenientCare Walk-in Clinic (similar to our other seven clinics)
• X-ray Services
• Lab Draw Services
• Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation
• Physician Offices

Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation will be relocated to the Robinson Township Medical Neighborhood Building. The Heritage Valley Senior Living Community, Wound Care Center, Pain Center, Northwest Ambulance, and the Schools of Nursing and Radiography will not be impacted by these changes and will continue to operate at their current locations.

Cassandra, Shift Technical Lead at the Heritage Valley Beaver Lab, believes that working at Heritage Valley has been very impactful on both her career and life. She states that there is so much value in the work, from both a professional and personal standpoint. After nearly 10 years with the health system, Cassandra still finds herself learning and being challenged to be her absolute best! Although patients may not see Cassandra, the work that she and her co-workers do helps to ensure that accurate diagnoses and treatments are provided. Cassandra is proud that what is done in the Lab is a vital part of quality patient care. And Cassandra is a vital member of the Heritage Valley team!

Endocrinology Update
