The Heritage Valley Health System App keeps you connected to quality care. Download the App (iHVHS/aHVHS) and use it to access your Health Link Patient Portal; schedule appointments and exams through My Care Link; see a complete listing of all Heritage Valley physicians and health care services; support Heritage Valley through a charitable donation; and store your Heritage Valley Care Card, which will enable you to register quickly at all kiosks. By clicking on the Activity tab, you will see real-time patient activity at Heritage Valley’s Emergency Departments, ConvenientCare clinics and outpatient diagnostic facilities. 

The Activity tab also allows you to “Get in Line” to see a ConvenientCare practitioner before you leave home! In addition to seeing how many people are ahead of you, we’ve added estimated wait time information. To access this feature on the Heritage Valley app, click on the “Activity” button. Next, click “Heritage Valley ConvenientCare” and then click on the green “Get in Line” box underneath your location. From there, simply follow the instructions!

It was a beautiful day for golf at the 36th annual Tito Francona Memorial Golf Classic! The Heritage Valley Health System Foundation hosted the event on August 4th at Olde Stonewall Golf Club, raising nearly $85,000 to benefit Heritage Valley Beaver’s heart and cancer patients.

Former Cleveland Indians’ and St. Louis Cardinals’ star John “Tito” Francona first held the Tito Francona Golf Outing in 1989 in honor of his wife, Birdie, who was treated for cancer at the Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital. Years later, the tournament expanded to also support Heritage Valley Cardiology patients. Tito was one of those patients and his legacy lives on in the John “Tito” Francona Heart & Vascular Center at Heritage Valley Beaver. Their son, Terry Francona, General Manager of the Cincinnati Reds, continues to sponsor and support this memorial golf event.
