Not only does this practice have a new name, but also a new location! As of January 13th, the practice is now located at 2580 Constitution Blvd., Chippewa, PA 15010, right next to the Heritage Valley Chippewa Medical Neighborhood. We believe that this location will be much more convenient for patients, as they can head next door to the Medical Neighborhood for diagnostic imaging and lab services.
Physicians Carl Sestito, MD, Kristin Zvonar, MD, and Christopher Murray, DO are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. They, along with Melissa Christen, CRNP and Haley Holsinger, PA-C, maintain ongoing continuing education to stay up-to-date with the most current treatment plans available.

It's Not Too Late to Vaccinate! | |

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the amount of acute respiratory illness causing people to seek healthcare is at a high level, and seasonal influenza activity remains elevated across the country.
The CDC recommends that everyone six months of age and older receive a flu vaccine each year to help prevent the flu, with certain exceptions. People with severe, life-threatening allergies to flu vaccine or any ingredient in the vaccine should not get a flu shot. Speak with your physician before getting a flu vaccine if you have an allergy to eggs; have had Guillain-Barre Syndrome; or are not feeling well.
The flu vaccine can reduce the risk of serious complications from the flu, including hospitalization or death. People with the flu are most contagious during the first three days of their illness, but can pass the flu on to others up to five to seven days after becoming sick. Talk to your physician if you have any questions regarding flu vaccines.
Flu vaccines are available at any ConvenientCare site during regular business hours, which are Monday – Saturday from 8 am – 7:30 pm and on Sunday from 8 am – 3:30 pm. High dose flu vaccines are available for those 65 years of age and older. Click here for a listing of our ConvenientCare locations.

Rachana
Heritage Valley Senior Living Community
Rachana joined the Senior Living Community Dietary Department two years ago, and has proven to be a dedicated, high-energy and self-motivated team member! She goes the extra mile for our residents, and makes it a point to know their likes and dislikes. Her supervisor states that Rachana is a problem solver, and is willing to help whenever and wherever she can.
Rachana also enjoys assisting with Life Enrichment activities when she has the opportunity. Rachana is not only an asset to the Dietary Department, but to the Senior Living Community as a whole!

Club 5210 is an eight-week health and wellness youth program designed to promote a healthier lifestyle! Heritage Valley and the Beaver County YMCA invite children in grades 3 – 5 to participate in this after-school program, during which time students will:
- Learn the concepts of 5-2-1-0 (Eat 5 fruits & vegetables each day; limit screen time to 2 hours; enjoy 1 hour of physical activity; and decrease the number of sugar-sweetened drinks to 0 servings.)
- Play interactive games and sports
- Gain FREE family access to the Beaver County YMCA with child participation
- Have swim days with friends
- Enjoy healthy snacks
- Learn from Community-Based Programs

50 North of Christ Church at Grove Farm and Heritage Valley Health System are presenting Wellness Expo 2025 on Saturday, January 25, from 10 am – 2 pm at Christ Church at Grove Farm, 249 Duff Road, Sewickley. Guests will have the opportunity to attend demonstrations, hear from medical professionals, browse products and services, and receive various health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, bone density, grip strength and balance. Demonstrations include chair yoga, weight lifting, core fitness, cooking demos and more!
