To allow our team time to celebrate with family and friends, Heritage Valley’s Medical Neighborhoods will be operating with reduced hours on July 3 and July 4. On Friday, July 3, all sites will be open from 8 am – 3:30 pm for ConvenientCare, Lab and Radiology services only. All physician practice offices and outpatient rehab locations will be closed.

On Saturday, July 4, the following four Medical Neighborhoods will be open from 8 am – 3:30 pm for ConvenientCare, Lab and Radiology services only: Chippewa; Center Township; Edgeworth; and Robinson Township. All other Medical Neighborhood, ConvenientCare, Lab and Radiology locations will be closed.

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Heritage Valley Health System Senior Living. The community will now be known as Concordia at Kennedy and expects to serve approximately 150 residents annually, supported by 60+ dedicated team members.
