We recently received a thank you note from a first-time Heritage Valley Kennedy patient. This patient was frustrated because she had been told by another facility that it would be four months before her CT Scan could be scheduled. We were able to schedule her right away, and she was happy that she made the drive from the North Hills! She was very pleased with her first Heritage Valley Kennedy experience, and stated that the Radiology Department staff and our front desk Concierge were all “professional, friendly and so helpful!”
