Heritage Valley ConvenientCare Walk-in Clinics will be available to take care of your minor illnesses and injuries on the holiday! On Friday, July 4th, our ConvenientCare Walk-in Clinic locations in Center Township, Chippewa, Edgeworth and Robinson Township will be open from 8 am – 3:30 pm. Lab and Radiology services will also be available at these three locations. The remaining three locations (Aliquippa; Calcutta, OH; Ellwood City) will reopen on Saturday, July 5th.

While our hospital-based outpatient Radiology and Lab Departments will be closed on July 4th, our Emergency Departments are open 24 hours/day and emergent Radiology and Lab services will be available as always.

Heritage Valley will soon be making it more convenient than ever to be treated at our ConvenientCare locations! We know your time is valuable, so you will soon be able to “get in line” to see a practitioner before you leave home. In addition to seeing how many people are ahead of you, we’ll be adding estimated wait time information. Details will be available in the near future!

With appointment-free, walk-in convenience, Heritage Valley’s ConvenientCare Clinics are the perfect place to go for the treatment of minor illnesses or injuries. We are open seven days a week (Monday – Saturday from 8 am – 7:30 pm and Sunday from 8 am – 3:30 pm) to accommodate the busy schedules of today’s active families.

While the ConvenientCare is still located within the Center Township (Monaca) Medical Neighborhood, it has moved from suite 200 on the upper level to suite 100 on the lower level, behind the building. This new office is directly across from the Heritage Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center. 

The new ConvenientCare Kennedy Township location and associated lab draw service will open on July 7, 2025 in Suite 210 of the Medical Office Building (connected to the former Heritage Valley Kennedy hospital). The ConvenientCare hours will be the same as our other locations.

Heritage Valley will support the community by offering the following services within the Medical Office Building, which is connected to Heritage Valley Kennedy, following the temporary closure of Heritage Valley Kennedy on June 30, 2025:



• ConvenientCare Walk-in Clinic – Opens July 7, 2025: Monday - Saturday from 8 am until 7:30 pm and Sunday from 8 am until 3:30 pm
• Lab Draw Services – Opens July 7, 2025: Monday - Friday from 7 am until 3 pm; closed from 12-12:30 pm daily
• Physician Offices

Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation will be relocated to the Robinson Township Medical

Neighborhood Building. Outpatient Surgery will be relocated to the Heritage Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center and Heritage Valley Sewickley.

The Heritage Valley Senior Living Community, Kennedy Township Wound Care Center, Pain Treatment Center, Northwest Ambulance, and School of Nursing will not be impacted by these changes and will continue to operate at their current locations.

Please note that the Heritage Valley Kennedy Emergency Department will close on 6/30/2025 at 11:59 pm.

The Heritage Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center and the Surgery Center at Edgeworth Commons provide safe, comfortable and convenient settings for many types of outpatient surgeries. Both centers are open Monday – Friday, beginning at 6:00 am, and patients return home on the same day as their surgery. Consult with your physician or surgeon to find out if treatment at one of these two centers is right for you.
