There is no item limit on Fast Track requests.
Subject Line for email must include ASAP or Next Truck
This direction from subject line should also match the request in body of the email.
If need by date is submitted please include need by date in subject line and body of email.
ASAP REQUESTS
Do not include Customer Service on your initial email to your Director for approval.
Only ASAP requests need approval from Director
The Fast Track email should be included once Director has already approved the email (SSR can forward to Fast Track email or reply all and add Fast Track email)
For ASAPs only; next truck request can be sent straight to the Fast Track email
ASAP request: All products in stock at the Prime DSC will be processed on one order. Any remaining items will be placed on a separate order to ship with next truck from the Prime DSC.
A daily scheduled report will run to capture any lines/skus that cancelled off the order due to stock availability.
The reports will be posted on Sharepoint for review.
From this report, sales will advise if the items cancelled off the Fast Track will need to be included on the next Fast Track request or added to the next RE order.
Next Truck request:
All products will ship from Prime DSC even if there is no stock of an item/s at time of processing.
If a need by date is submitted: CS will marry this PO to the closet RE order to deliver before or on need by date but if unable to, CS will date PO to hit “Need by Date”.
