Recently the Chip App database was switched from AWS to azure.
 
This switch has caused errors with the SUBMIT ORDER AND EMAIL COPY FUNCTION. The errors with this function are causing double errors and shipping delays.

PLEASE "USE SUBMIT ORDER" ONLY when placing color chip orders. A fix is being worked on for the near future.

Office Depot and Sherwin Williams have partnered together to provide exclusive benefits and savings on a wide range of products and services at Office Depot. The program has moved to a mobile app, or web based program. Please following see the attached document and instructions.
Steps to a Mobile App Purchasing Card.
  1. Sign up / Register for the perks program via the attached document.
  2. Download the Office Depot Business app from the Apple Store
  3. Log into the business app with your registered information
  4. Request on the Business Office Depot website a Store Purchasing Card (QR code)
  5. Use the QR code for all in store purchases - i.e. copies.

LOWE'S PAINT EQUIPMENT ISSUES
HOW TO / DIRECTION
When Sherwin-Williams field representatives are in a Lowe’s store and see/are notified about anything perceived to be an issue with paint equipment, please direct them to advise the Lowe’s paint associates to follow company procedure and do the following:
If the issue is pertaining to a paint tinter or color match system:
Contact Lowe’s ITSD at 1-800-964-3375. Contacting ITSD should always be the store’s first action in rectifying any paint tinter or color match system issues. ITSD will triage with the store and troubleshoot. If the troubleshooting exercises do not successfully address the issues and a service call is necessary, ITSD then generates a service request work order for the store in Service Channel for the maintenance vendor partner to inspect the equipment.
If the issue is pertaining to a paint shaker:
 
Enter a service request into Service Channel for the maintenance vendor partner to inspect the equipment. Please see the example below:

The Good Faith Receiving Audit is critical to our Supply Chain success at Lowe's. Currently, 30% of the audit surveys are filled out incorrectly. Many of the incorrect surveys will have a discrepancy, but no supporting key details. Type of Discrepancy, Product, and quantities.

When completing the Good Faith Receiving Audit survey please fill in all of the necessary information.


Note: Stores are notified via a Lowe's Wire task that their store has been selected for an Audit. The store is required to notify our Customer Service department. Customer Service will create a case / survey form for you to assist in the audit. If the store calls the rep first, please refer the store to call Customer Service to register the audit.
