They will learn about everything from our region's history, to the economic impact of Redstone Arsenal to how our mayors and public safety officials collaborate to make our region THE place to live, work and play!

The University of Alabama in Huntsville has partnered with us to promote continued education among leaders in North Alabama and surrounding regions. Through this partnership, LGH alumni are eligible to receive a 10% discount on UAH Professional Development non-credit courses and certificate programs, making professional education more accessible.

  • Please consider signing up to volunteer at South Huntsville's new, signature holiday event - Christmas on the River at Ditto Landing presented by Freedom Real Estate and Capital and organized by Ditto Landing, Commissioner Phil Riddick, and South Huntsville Main Business Association. In order for this event to be enjoyed by as many community members as possible, we will need the help of community volunteers. Volunteer shifts are just 2-3 hours and you can sign up here
