It's time to trade in that old machine.

If you made it through this whole pandemic thinking, "I wish I could afford a new BERNINA. Maybe Robin's will have a sale after the pandemic."? Well, then it's time to do some Spring Cleaning in that sewing room! BERNINA has brought back their Trade-In Event for this month only. In addition to the normal great Financing offers and fantastic service after the sale you have come to expect, you can get a whopping 25% off MSRP on any new BERNINA machine with a valid trade-in! You don't have to trade in that nice machine you bought last year, either. You can trade in that old one you have been hanging on to just in case your granddaughter finally decides to learn to sew. (You know the one I mean.)

Get it out of the closet and come buy a new machine to make that quilt you have always wanted. Or one of these nice Crystal Editions that comes with the fancy embroidery designs and sparkly suitcase to carry it around. Or do you have an old Tin Lizzy longarm that you are struggling to find parts or service? You can also trade that one in for a new Q24 longarm quilting machine! You have lots of options with this blockbuster sale.

And as a special bonus for the embroiderers out there, you can trade in your old embroidery module for one of the new SDT modules this month too! That's a first for us. The new modules are quieter than the one you have now, and they can stitch up to 55% faster on some types of designs. They are only $1499 with a trade-in of your old module (with hoops and grids), and you get a FREE Midi Hoop to boot. That is a gift worth over $500 by itself. Come demo one today and see how you can elevate your embroidery game.

And that 0% Financing for 60 months you have been waiting for?  It's happening now.  It goes all month long.  Come visit us!

Embroidery 101 returning to Trussville

If you want to learn more about your embroidery machine, plan to come see us in May on three consecutive Mondays - the 9th, 16th, and 23rd.

The EMBROIDERY 101 class is designed to teach the new embroider the basics of embroidery such as stabilizer choices, embroidery supplies, hooping habits and much more. If you are a novice in the world of machine embroidery, this class is for you.

The first class will be lecture only.  As we progress through the classes there will be hands-on embroidery, so the new embroider will be able to practice what they have learned and build on their skills. Please call the Trussville location to register for a seat as they are limited. The fee is $15 for each class. Our number is 205-655-3388

Do you have an idea for a class you want to take (or teach!), then give us a call and let us know. Also, check our online calendar for the latest updates. We've added Kimberbell and the Coaster Club because of the requests for quick and easy embroidery projects.  The Microwave bowl cozys are super fast and fun sewing projects.  We will be looking to expand our quilting selections next.

Do you want to learn to quilt, but you are afraid of that big ol' longarm?  That's ok - you have options. You can get a BSR (Bernina Stitch Regulator) so you can do free motion quilting right on your own machine.  They are 25% off this month too. Or maybe you have a BSR, but you don't know how to use it? Stop by any time and we'll demo it to you so you can finish that pile of UFOs (UnFinished Objects) at home.

Or, we can teach you how to use the longarm so you are not afraid of it any more. Then you can rent it and start finishing all of your quilts with fantastic designs. It's sort of like gaining a new super power once you try it.  Like any type of sewing you do, you have options, and we are here to support you.

Happy Sewing,

Robin
