Happy Independence Day!

It is the middle of July, and most of us are not thinking of cuddling under a warm quilt. But, Christmas will be here before you know it, so you may want to start thinking of ways you can create those quick and easy gifts! Take a look at our class list for some fun ideas. We are also hosting a Christmas in July event at our Valleydale location to get those creative juices flowing! We'll be introducing some of the ideas we will be teaching in August and September, so be sure to drop by and give us some feedback on other things you like to see. Are you closer to Trussville? We'll be doing the same thing next month of course!

ALL THE NEW STUFF

We have new embroidery designs from OESD, new quilting patterns from Tula Pink, new quilting rulers from Angela Walters, a new issue of Classic Sewing, and a cool new magnet contraption that will help you gather up all of those pins you dropped. And that's just the front counter! We also have new Alabama and Auburn fabric on the shelf, and some cozy Christmas fabric for you to see so you can start thinking of those holiday gifts you need to make. Come in and see everything that has arrived since you last visited us.

Come join the team at Robin's on Valleydale, Tuesday, July 26th for a preview of the classes we will be offering in August & September to get you started on your Christmas projects. We will have items prepared so you can see them and a sign up sheet for the classes.

Our hours will be extended for the event so customers who work can join in on the fun! There will be discounts on accessories, threads, stabilizers and more! As we move closer to the open house we will be sending out more information.

We have so many ideas for Christmas and can't wait to share them with you!

Patriotic Pillow Class

Are you longing for a new patriotic pillow for your porch or sitting room? Have we got the class for you! Come to our new class and make a 12x16 American Flag Pillow using your red, white and blue scraps and leftover buttons from your stash.

Chicken Pin Cushions

Let's have some fun making Chicken Pin Cushions and a cloth tray! These make the best gifts, that are fun to make and doesn't take all day!

This is all sewing, come bring your machine and join in on the fun!

Come join us on Tuesday, July 19th 10:30 - 1:00 at our Valleydale location to make this cute mesh bag. Could be used at beach, gym. etc.

BERNINA Software Class

New to Bernina Designer Plus V8.2 or V9 or Bernina Creator and want to learn to use it? Join us on Thursdays beginning August 4 from 10:30 - 12:30 at the Valleydale location to work through the Bernina Mastery Workbook together. Class will continue over several Thursdays.

Are you ready to get out of the house and mix and mingle with people who share the same sewing interests as you? We have a great opportunity coming up in July. Bring your UFOs, new projects you are working on and get to know our staff. We'll answer your questions and offer help on any problems you may be having with your projects.
