Think Well/Maven Apologist Ryan Pauly speaking to 125 students at Mission Viejo

Strong Huddles, a Hurdle, Pickleball

  • November was another strong month for huddles, proving that October was not a fluke! God is continuing to increase our reach, allowing us to evangelize and disciple more and more students, athletes, and coaches. We also started a new team huddle with Trabuco Hills Baseball.
  • At our huddle at San Juan Hills, someone on campus looked up the speaker pictured above (Ryan Pauly) and reported him coming on campus and our huddle to the District Superintendent regarding posts he has made defending Christianity and LGBT topics. Thankfully, this has not had any serious impact yet on the ministry but just a reminder that we need God's protection and provision!
  • The end of the year is upon us, along with year-end giving! Year-end giving constitutes roughly 10% of my budget, $15,000. Please pray for the Lord's provision for us and consider supporting!
  • Join us for Pickleball! Every team sign-up pays to send a student to camp. Details below. Sign up for Pickleball here!

Prayer Needs

  • Ministry continues to face roadblocks at Dana Hills, with admin and lack of student leadership.
  • Issue above at SJH and God's protection for our ministry.
  • the need for another part-time or full-time staff.
  • For our student leaders growth and discipleship.
  • For year-end fundraising.

Praise Report

  • For the strong start to the school year at most schools!
  • For the personal growth of Adam and Jeremiah, my two full-time staff.
  • For Cade Holland, my associate working part-time and growing in his ministry experience.

Funding Needs

  • With the growth of the ministry, I have a deficit of roughly $12,000. If all of my current monthly supporters were to increase their giving by $20 a month, this need would be met! Would you prayerfully consider giving FCA a raise? (I am $1080 of the way there!)
