Farewell Lunch for Pastor Mike

Join us on June 28 for a Farewell Lunch as we "release" Mike back to retirement! The lunch will be in the CAC Gym after the service and is a great opportunity for us to show our love and appreciation to Mike and Debbie!

Ed Crutchfield Memorial Scholarship

Applications now open!

Each year, Lakewood Men provide scholarships through the Ed Crutchfield Memorial Scholarship Fund to financially assist students who intend to pursue vocational or educational objectives.

Applications are currently open through Friday, July 17, 2026. Please fill out the application and send it to Tim Pardue at tepard57@bellsouth.net. We look forward to receiving your applications!

Family Promise Week

June 28-July 4

Each year Lakewood financially sponsors 3 weeks of meals and lodging for families that are in Family Promise's temporary shelter. The second week that we will be sponsoring this year is June28-July 4, so we encourage you to be in prayer in how you can give toward this ministry!

Feasting in the Word is Lakewood's longest running bible study, and they are prepping to start a study on James and 1&2 Peter! Cynthia Haase is leading the study now. Please email Jenna Moat with your preference on when the class should resume–July, August, or September or if you'd be interested in meeting at a different time than Wednesdays at 4pm.
