Why should kids have all the fun?
For the month of August, we're hosting our inaugural Summer Reading Challenge [But for Grown-ups]. That's right, you don't have to be a kid to have all the fun!

All you have to do is finish any (or all!) of our 5 mini-challenges for a chance to win prizes from local businesses. Anyone 13+ with a library card can enter.

How to participate:
  • Visit the library to pick up a handout or download one on our website.
  • Complete any or all of the challenges.
  • Drop off completed handout in person at the library.
  • We'll enter you in the draw for some awesome prizes. You'll get one entry per completed challenge.

We can't wait to see what adventures you get up to!
Tablets now available for loan!
We are very excited to now have Hublet Tablets available for patrons to use in the library.

The Tablets offer a whole range of reading and entertainment options for adults and children. They can be used in the library for up to 2 hours/patron and must remain in the building.

We can't help but mention we're the first library in Canada to use this technology which is pretty dang cool. Don't you think?

Come visit us at the library and try one out for yourself!
