From the Kitchen // Shrimp Po Boy
We are in for a treat this week with this Shrimp Po Boy. It all starts with jumbo shrimp, battered and fried to order. We add it to a fresh, toasted Stick Boy hoagie roll layered with our homemade remoulade, lettuce tomato and red onion. It's fresh, delicious and hits the spot. Bread of the Week // Rosemary Olive Oil

Our bakers love when this bread is in the oven; the aroma of rosemary fills the bakery.  This delicate loaf has a cloud like crumb (the inside of the bread) with a beautiful crust that is accented with a sprinkle of  Celtic Sea Salt . There is just the right amount of rosemary mixed in the dough to add a subtle taste, which offers a variety of uses with this bread. Try it next to a salad, use it for sandwiches and nothing beats dipping it in an amazing olive oil. Give Rosemary Olive Oil a try this week, and let us know what you think.

As always, we mix our breads from scratch, shape them by hand, and bake them in our big oven in our brand new 3,000 sq. ft. production facility. We bake only with unbleached and unbromated flour and never use any additives or preservatives. Come and taste.
Featured Product // Peaches & Cream Pie
We brought back the Peaches and Cream Pie last week, and it's just in time for pot lucks and dinners on the patio.  It's a perfect blend of delicious sliced peaches and rich cream that is poured into one of our famous pie crusts. We finish each pie with a beautiful hand cut lattice work top, garnish with sugar crystals, and bake it to perfection. I recommend eating a (generous) piece warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :) Take one of these guys home for your summertime dessert and you'll be peachy keen!
