Greetings IA Family!

We hope that everyone had a restful Thanksgiving Break with family and friends. It is hard to believe that the school year is almost at the halfway point!

This past month our Fall open house and BYOB events brought many students and families to our campus. We wrapped up our 1st Parenting Partnership series and ended the month with our incredible Operation Brown Bag collection. Parents, I can not thank you enough for your generosity. We were able to bless so many during this season of giving.

Parents Pride would like to thank Christine Olson with TIFF for attending our November meeting. TIFF, To Inform Families First is an organization that was created to shed light on the importance of registering emergency contact information with your drivers license in the case of an emergency situation. Please take a moment to look up TIFF and follow the instructions to register, especially those with young drivers.

Friday, December 6th is our Parents Pride meeting at 8:15am. On the agenda for discussion; (1) a mid year check in with Ms.Sarinette, (2) Mrs.Evans will go over her volunteer reading needs for our 6th graders, (3) MS Snowcoming update, (4) 5K run information and (5) info on the Father Daughter Dance taking place in February. Friday the 6th is also our HOLIDAY Teacher Treat Day, please send in a festive snack item for our teachers.  There are many great things planned in December and into the New Year. Volunteers are always needed and much appreciated to make our events successful.

Our Holiday Support & Shop -"Girls Night Out" will take place in the back mirrored room on Friday, December 6th from 6pm-8:30pm. This is an event that you will not want to miss! We will have secured several amazing local mom owned business's who will be bringing their crafty and affordable goods to sell that night. Grab your lists, a friend and BYO Sips and meet us there!

Our biggest Middle School event of the year is the much anticipated Snowcoming Dance on December 13th. The dance committee has put together a wonderful night for our children. There will be a DJ for dancing, games, food, prizes and a ton of FUN! Tickets will go on sale soon and can be purchased online.

Warm wishes and many blessings,
Sabrina Ullmann and Parents Pride
