Hello Fiber Friends, this is Maureen. I just finished 82 hats for a local charity event. That's a lot of hats! I used the Addi Express King Size knitting loom.
I was not a knitter before I started working with Wanda in 2017. Over the years I have attempted to knit with needles, however, an arthritis diagnosis in 2019 made it harder to try to learn the more traditional knitting. I came across this machine while working here and decided to give it a try.
Very quickly I was able to become acquainted with the machine and soon the needles were clicking away like crazy!
I love using the Addi Express King Size and I know you will too! By the way, you can create a hat in as little as 20 minutes!
Oh! I almost forgot. Our supplier has created a pattern book, the Essential Guide to Machine Knitting to go with the Addi Express King Size. It offers superb tips and tricks and has dozens of awesome patterns for beginners and also for those who are more experienced with a loom machine. I highly recommend the Essential Guide to Machine Knitting, mine has earmarked pages (my favorite patterns) and notes for myself so that I can return to those reminders time and time again.
