The WRA July 2023 Housing Report

Inventory Remains Tight,

Pushing Sales Down and Prices Up

Following recent patterns, weak inventories limited sales of existing homes and drove prices up significantly.

July 2023 closings slid 20.8% compared to July 2022, and the median price rose 7.5% to $300,000.

This was the second straight month where the statewide median price was at or above the $300,000 mark.

ICYMI: Check out what we've been working on! We're excited to share the latest insights from the real estate market in your area from Q1 & Q2 (January 1st through June 30th).

And the biggest THANK YOU to Dana Keegan and Mike Didier. They deserve a shoutout for their outstanding work as RPAC committee chairs. Their dedication and planning were instrumental in the success of the event, and we could not have done it without them.

Check out the Real Estate store on our website! New signs are available and existing signs are on sale for as low as $3.00. Items can be purchased online and picked up at the LRA office in Grafton.
