DNO Joins Industry Leaders in DC to Shape Food Policy

We had an incredible time at the International Fresh Produce Association's Washington Conference! Our team loved engaging with policymakers on the issues that matter most to the produce industry. We were also thrilled to have our fresh cut individually packaged produce featured in the Congressional Produce Boxes, representing the FFVP with pride as part of this creative spotlight on Farm Bill programs!

Marissa Dake spoke on the "Women's Fresh Perspective Focus on Advocacy" panel, and Deadra Holloway took part in the FDA roundtable discussion in the "Industry Innovations in Food Safety" panel.

SnackTime Explorers Introduced to Panel of Public Health Nutritionists

Marissa Dake, our V.P. of Brand and Partnerships, was invited by The Association of State Public Health Nutritionists to speak on the success of FRESHEALTH and Pilot Light's SnackTime Explorers program. Her presentation highlighted the program's impact on nutrition education, its reach across K-12 schools, and how public-private partnerships can drive meaningful change in child wellness.
