Spring is really blooming as we have many events planned for you. North York Seniors Centre will join the Meridian Arts Centre for Doors Open Toronto this year- coming up May 28 & 29. Your very own ALC Instructor, Terri, will be providing a FREE Chair Yoga session there too! More details below.
 
The ALC will have its Spring Quarterly Members Meeting on Friday May 27th at 1:00pm over Zoom. This is a great way to get caught up on what has been happening in the Centre, and what is to come over the Summer session. Non Members are welcome to attend. Please call the Program Office to register.
 
There are still spots left to join in the celebration June 3rd at our Platinum Jubilee Tea – RSVP by May 27th. We are also pleased to present 20 Great Apps for Seniors- June 9th. Don’t miss out- register today!

Discover Dance is a free, all-ages, lunch hour series introducing many of Toronto’s incredible dance artists. Discover, in a warm and intimate setting, diverse dance forms woven into Toronto’s vibrant cultural scene. Hosted by Travis Knights, Discover Dance is an hour packed with dance and conversation.

As of March 21st, TO Live ensures masks and hand sanitizer are readily available. To protect the health of immunocompromised attendees, we recommend that you wear a mask throughout the duration of the event.

Address: 89 Church Ave.  The clinic is located on the east side of the building in the gym. Please enter through the Community Centre main entrance.
