With the iCue™ Monitor Service, Donaldson product specialists will monitor your iCue™ account. When an alarm occurs, Donaldson product specialists will review the alarm as well as historical and real-time data to troubleshoot the issue. Working in tandem with AST Canada, you will be contacted and given recommendations for corrective action, maintenance, service, or additional troubleshooting. |
