SUSTAINABLE TOURISM TOOLKIT
For the past two years, ETC has compiled, with industry colleagues & associations, a resource repository for sustainable tourism.

We are pleased to include two of these valuable resources here:

Offsetting Your Carbon Footprint related to travel to the ETC conference.
A   series of questions   for travel planners to ask their operators & suppliers. The questions are grouped into the key areas of sustainable travel; economic, environmental, & socio-cultural.

WHITE PAPER
A big thank you to all members who participated in data collection for ETC's White Paper on educational travel trends.

This landmark paper will 1) give a deeper understanding of affinity travel & competing sectors 2) provide a glimpse into the future of educational travel 3) help guide affinity programs to greater success & competitiveness.
In appreciation, members that supplied data will receive the White Paper in advance. In addition, they will be invited to discussion sessions at ETC's annual conference.
FIELD REPORT: MONTGOMERY
Members of the Executive Advisory Council (EAC) were invited by Montgomery CVB to hold their mid-year planning meeting in Montgomery, Alabama. While there, EAC members were also able to experience the historical & cultural opportunities of the city.

ETC & its EAC members express their sincere thanks to Montgomery CVB, Alabama Department of Tourism & the local entities that supported the mid-year planning meeting.
