Watchdogs and/or Mentors to help keep us on the right track. I have done WW's, Whole 30, fasting, and other programs. Some worked better than others - most have extreme diets, and some you are encouraged to 'buy' their foods, which lasts as long as you participate, but Mama G teaches you how to lose weight while enjoying delicious meals with real food and plenty of it, from day one!


Mama G's program works, and she is here to educate, encourage and support us by providing education and tools for success, but we have to be committed to our own well-being and success.

Attending the Monday sessions, where we share challenges and celebrate successes, is a key component for me, in addition to the numerous delicious recipes shared and the Wednesday educational components. Accountability through weigh-ins and keeping food diaries are key for success. I have learned that what you eat is just as, or more important than, exercise for weight loss. Both are important for overall health. Keeping up with doctor visits is also key, especially as we get older.


I lost about 30 pounds working with Mama G. Never felt hungry. Felt and looked younger. Her program, which you can customize to fit YOUR life, provides the tools for a lifetime of success. You just have to remember to make yourself and your needs a priority & keep your eye on the prize - a happier, healthier YOU!
