Building & Development Application Services (BDAS) and ProjectDox will be offline from 11 p.m. Wednesday, Sept.24, through Monday, Sept. 29. The Public Permitting and Services Portal (Accela Citizen Access) will be offline from 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, through Monday, Sept. 29.

These systems will be unavailable for all, including Washington County staff, during these scheduled outages. Staff cannot provide system-related customer support until the maintenance work is complete.

Child Passenger Safety Week is Sept. 21-27

Car and booster seats are important tools for keeping infants and children safe in a car crash.

During Child Passenger Safety Week, make sure your child is using the right size seat, and that it is installed correctly.

Use the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration's (NHTSA) Car Seat Finder to see what the right seat is for your child passenger. Then, make sure it is installed correctly.

The type of car seat your child needs is based on age and size. NHTSA recommends keeping your child in a car seat as long as possible as long as they fit the manufacturer's height-and-weight requirements. Children should remain in the back seat of the car at least through age 12.
