Building & Development Application Services (BDAS) and ProjectDox will be offline from 11 p.m. Wednesday, Sept.24, through Monday, Sept. 29. The Public Permitting and Services Portal (Accela Citizen Access) will be offline from 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, and will be restored on Monday, Sept. 29.

These systems will be unavailable for all, including Washington County staff, during these scheduled outages. Staff cannot provide system-related customer support until the maintenance work is complete.

Road crew members participate in skills competition

Five members of the County road crew participated in the Oregon Association of County Engineers and Surveyors Skills Demo and Safety Conference in Albany the week of Sept. 9. 

Participants took safety classes and competed in a skills demonstration, where they put their skills to the test with different equipment and safety practices.

LUT crew members placed in the following categories:

• Fifth place in in “Top Gun” category
• First place in Loader category
• Eighth place in Truck Plow category
• Ryan Thompson, Road Maintenance Worker II
• First place in Chains On/Off category

Utility repair on Cornelius Pass Road starts Monday

Willamette Water Supply Program (WWSP) utility repair work on Cornelis Pass Road, between TV Highway and Johnson Street, will occur 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 29-Oct. 3.


Significant congestion is expected. Use alternate routes, if possible. Traffic impacts include:

• Flaggers controlling northbound and southbound travel lanes
• Left turn lanes restrictions from Cornelius Pass Road onto Johnson Street
• Traffic signal shutdown at Johnson Street
