Will you be caucusing tomorrow? Here's where you go ... Riverdale residents interested in taking part in the Iowa caucuses on Monday are encouraged to attend either the Republican or Democratic caucuses with their neighbors ... but neither are being held in Riverdale.

You're invited to the official opening of Woods Estates of Riverdale on Wednesday, February 5th. An official ribbon cutting ceremony marking the opening of Woods Estates of Riverdale has been set for 11am on Wednesday, February 5th.

Council accepts public improvements for Phase 1 of Woods Estates of Riverdale. At Tuesday's meeting, the Riverdale City Council accepted the conveyance of some of the public improvements made to the roadways and infrastructure related to the first phase of the Woods Estates of Riverdale subdivision.

As part of the Mayor and Council's focus on improving operating processes and customer service, the City's cash management policy (adopted in 2016) is currently under review and will be updated accordingly. At Tuesday's meeting, the Riverdale City Council agreed to extend the hours allowed under Interim City Administrator, Lisa Kotter's consulting contract to 40 hours per week through February. The City of Riverdale is considering the costs and practicality of expanding its hours of business from three to five days per week and is re-assessing its operating structure and processes put in place over the past 50+ years. Iowa-American Water Company has responded to a news report in last Monday's Quad-City Times about a report of chemicals in the Iowa Quad City water supply. Learn More! The search is underway for volunteers willing to sit in on the comprehensive parks needs assessment process with MSA Professional Services. Learn More!
