Our Next Service is Sunday July 18 at 10am.
Yes our metaphysical services are usually on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month!
But, we are taking July 4th off this year for some much needed rest, relaxation, and celebration with family and friends......we will be back with our 'regularly scheduled' services on Sunday July 18th.
Those of you who are local to the Oneonta area, keep an eye out for details and join us in person, outdoors at Rev. Diana's house, for the July 18th service!

Make sure that you sign up now for our official Thursday night summer series, 'Touch the Earth; Reach the Sky' beginning July 8th with 'Yoga Refresh' a wonderful Zoom Kripalu Yoga session with long distance Reiki. And it's taught by Alison Christiansen......who just happens to be Rev. Diana's brand new daughter-in-law! - The ISD Healing Certification Program is seeking to borrow a massage table for student practice. Weeds for Wellness: An Ecological Foraging Event w/ Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower
This is an in-person event
Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, R.N,. and expert herbalist, returns to ISD to lead us on a fascinating walk to discover edible weeds, and plants, even invasive ones, that actually support our wellness.
We will taste wild food, hear the music of the plants, and learn safe foraging with instructive hand-outs. We will convene at the home of the Friedell's and do some foraging at Riddell Park, even get to taste a beverage that Marguerite makes for us!

The Flowing River: Ritual for Grief Release w/Angelica Palmer
This is an in-person event
Join us at Darling Hill Farm for this transformational event with Angelica Palmer of Cherry Valley. Inspired by the grief rituals of the Dagara tribe of Burkina Faso and the work of Sobonfu Somé and Zahava Griss, we come together through drums, song and movement, supporting each other’s grieving process as we strengthen the collective.

ASTROLOGY FORCAST (June 25 - July 1)
This week we discuss what is referred to as a retrograde season. That is because there are 5 planets retrograde at various times in June. The inner planets, Mercury, Venus, and Mars, have a more immediately noticed effect on our daily life. As mentioned last week, the Mercury retrograde has ended, but turning retrograde this week is Neptune, joining Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto. Therefore, 4 out of 5 of the Outer planets are in backward appearing motion in their orbits. The opportunity arrives to shift thinking on long term influences in our lives, relationships, and cultures. This added to the intense Eclipse season in June may have you, and those around you, changing core beliefs, world views, organizations, cultures, etc.
The most significant day this week will be on Sunday June 27th. Uranus reaches an exact conjunction with the Earth sign, Taurus' Point of Avatar. Uranus can show it's influence in sudden changes. Huge interdimensional portals will open. This offers you a significant chance to leave behind all that you have been working with this month. You have likely had an understanding of parts of your life not working toward your best interests. Uranus helps you complete necessary changes. Release what needs to exit, and in addition, be RECEPTIVE to what will be available to you according to your current vibration.
As we close this very active month that has challenged us all, I leave you with this thought. I wish you Godspeed. This phrase has traditionally been to wish you safety along the journey. I think of it as something else in addition to safety for your life path. May you be assisted to vibrate your energy field at an ever-increasing pace, toward LOVE. May the ascension we are all working toward be ever closer to your lived experience - I wish you Godspeed!

- Celebrating with joy! Check out This Good News Network article, complete with pictures of the princess in her crown and tutu. 90-year old ‘G-Ma’ celebrated her milestone birthday with a princess themed party!
- It was 4-years since their last mating, but last November it happened again! And on Wednesday Ri-Ri and Shin-Shin, pandas at Japan’s oldest Zoo, became the proud parents of twin cubs. Not sure on their sex yet, so keep an eye on the news to find out and read all about the auspicious birth in the NY Times article Here.
- Having trouble finding joy while sifting through the news? Why not try ‘digging for ponies’. This article from the Union.com might help. Author Carole Carson tells us her daily method for creating a ‘pony list’ that never fails to shift her mood to one of joy.

Just a reminder that we are continuing our Prayer Warriors group, every day at 5pm we pause to pray and send our healing energies where they are most needed right now
Each day at 5 PM EST, we will pause for about 10 minutes and meditate and pray with the intention of sending healing energy to all.
You do not have to be present each day. Requests for healing or suggestions should be submitted to our Healing Program director, Jo Ann Wormuth at the below ISD website link:
