Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities!
March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

Did you know? Some Arkansans with disabilities prefer to be known as differently abled, while others may prefer the term disabled or person with disabilities. Respectful language makes everyone feel better. We suggest you ask what a person prefers.

Don't forget to SHARE your stories! Please contact the GCDD staff by emailing [email protected] with info on events, stories, photos and resources you would like us to share.
