Community Health Action Network (CHAN)

Offers a variety of programs related to health, education, and finance to residents of the Victor Valley region. Services include: Emergency Assistance Program, Education Programs, and Health and Wellness Services.

The WIC program helps expectant families, new parents, infants, and young children get healthy foods, nutrition education, and community resources.

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) proudly assists low-income households to attain safe and stable housing through a variety of rental assistance programs.
