Water and Sewer Services will continue during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) National Emergency 
Yucca Valley, CA (March 15, 2020)As a result of Governor Gavin Newsom's announcement responding to the COVID-19 national emergency, the Hi-Desert Water District offices will be closed tomorrow, March 16, 2020. The District would like to reassure customers that water and sewer service will continue to be delivered, and that the health and safety of the community remains as the District's top priority.

District staff will be available and responding to emergency service calls received by customers during the closure. Customers can rest assured that this will not impact water or sewer services, as staff has the capability of monitoring operations remotely using modern technology.

Customers still have the capability of communicating with the District regarding service concerns. For leaks or water/sewer service disruption, customers can contact the on-call service at (760) 365-8333. If you would like to pay a bill, you can mail a check or money order to Hi-Desert Water District at 55439 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284, or you can drop off a payment in a dropbox located at the District administration office. Customers can also make an online payment by visiting the District's website at

The District will be diligently working to keeping customers apprised of the District's business continuity plan, as this situation evolves.
