Yucca Valley, CA (March 16, 2020) -   The Hi-Desert Water District will reopen its offices to the public tomorrow on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Regular business hours will resume, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to       5:00 pm.
To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the District is urging employees returning to work to exercise good hygiene and infection control practices such as: cleaning and sanitizing hands frequently; keeping a safe distance from others; cleaning and disinfecting surfaces; and staying home when feeling ill.  
Customers are encouraged to limit unnecessary visits to the office, and use the following options to conduct business remotely:  
  • For service questions, customers can contact customer service at (760) 365-8333 or email;
  • To make a payment, customers can call the District, or mail a check or money order to Hi-Desert Water District at 55439 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284;
  • Payments can be placed in a drive-thru drop box located at the District administration office parking lot;
  • Customers can also make an online payment by visiting the District's website at
