The Hole in Our Hearts
Rev. Candee Martin

The “Red Room” needs restocking!  Clean out your closets, check under the bed, simplify! The less stuff you have the more time you will have to spend with God, your family & friends, and maybe someone who doesn’t know Jesus! Here’s an idea, ask your neighbor if they have stuff they want to give away, if they do, offer to bring it down here. Do them a favor, do us a favor, and make a new friend!! We will take just about anything (except electronics and furniture).

Rev. Kerry Greenhill
Minister of Discipleship and Community Engagement
Rev. Kerry Greenhill is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church, having earned a Master of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology. She has 14 years’ experience in local church ministry, focusing on worship, adult spiritual formation, and mission/outreach. For the past five years, she served as a Ministry Consultant with Sacred Stones Ministries, Inc., a non-profit consulting group she helped found in 2014. She has also held a variety of non-profit administration and communication roles and is fluent in Spanish.
Rev. Kerry has a passion for illuminating God's shalom - the in-breaking reign of justice, peace, beauty, joy, and wholeness - through words, worship, relationships, and service. She recently moved to Hampton from Colorado with her husband, Dave Raymond; their two children, Anneliese (AJ) and Luke; and their two cats. When she finds a moment of downtime in the midst of ministry and parenting, Rev. Kerry loves reading, PBS costume dramas, tea, and dark chocolate.
Something New in Music!

In honor of Pentecost Sunday, the members of the Chancel Choir are debuting their new choir robes! The robes were purchased from funds donated to the FUMC Music Ministry in memory of Iola Lawson. We can’t help but think Iola and Earl are smiling down on us today with a big “thumbs-up.”
