Recap of ACPMP's 13th Annual PMP/Appendix Cancer Dad's Day 5K

Another fantastic PMP/Appendix Cancer Walk and Dad's Day 5k event this year raising close to $40,000 for research and education. It was held on Saturday, June 15th at the scenic Ridley Cre ek State Park just outside of Philadelphia.

This event is held annually in memory of Dutch Culbertson, beloved father, husband and friend. 

Thank you to our many generous supporters and sponsors for making this year's event another huge success! 

We hope to see you next year, if not sooner!
Recap of Joe Gouin Memorial Classic Golf Outing

The Joe Gouin Memorial Classic Golf Outing was held on August 10th at the Fallen Timber Fairways in Waterville, OH to honor Joe's memory.

It was the Gouin's friends and family's vision to help the ACPMP Research Foundation in our mission and they did just that by raising over $11,000!

The event was a huge success and made possible by many sponsors, donors, supporters, players, and volunteers!

Upcoming Events
Come pub crawl on October 5th from 1pm-9pm with Crawl For A Cause & ACPMP through Lawrenceville, PA! All participants will receive a t-shirt, wrist band, as well as drink and food specials at participating bars.

Crawl For A Cause has chosen ACPMP as the beneficiary for this year's pub crawl and we are so excited for the event!

25 Hours in Frog Hollow Mountain Bike Race: Team AC/PMP

Team AC/PMP is a mountain biking team made up of ordinary people who have one goal in common: To bring attention to Appendix Cancer/Pseudomyxoma Peritonei. They are not professional cyclists, just every day individuals who have been affected by AC/PMP.

The team will be racing in the mountain bike race   25 Hours in Frog Hollow A 25-hour mountain bike race during daylight savings on a 13-mile course. The team that gets the most laps wins, simple as that.

Consider donating to support Team AC/PMP. The race is November 2nd-3rd in St. George, UT. If you are in the area, be sure to come out and support the team!

ACPMP Featured As NORD's June Rare Disease Spotlight!

In collaboration with ACPMP's spotlight, ACPMP is grateful to Jenny Malec for sharing her story of how an ACPMP Research Grant led to a clinical trial that has positively impacted her life.
NORD celebrated their 30th anniversary of their Rare Disease Research Grant Program, and we are thrilled with ACPMP's participation in this program; awarding $1,200,000 in funding for promising research over the past ten years with another $100,000 going out at the end of 2019. Congrats NORD, thanks for helping us make this research possible!
