Herman Lazzara Managing Partner Happy 2024! Coming off our 40th Anniversary year, we're gearing up for our busy season as well as lots of events around the community. In between helping our clients with the submission of their tax returns, we'll be attending numerous nonprofit galas and industry conferences throughout the state. This time of the year especially, we also take time to celebrate our people. We have become one of Tampa Bay's most trusted and respected accounting firms over the past 40 years because of our people. New IRS Employee Retention Credit Voluntary Disclosure Program

At the end of 2023, the IRS announced a voluntary disclosure program for employers who want to pay back the refunds they received after filing Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claims that they later determined they were not eligible for. House Bill 1 and Florida Scholarships: Navigating AUP Compliance with a CPA
