With the holidays quickly approaching that also means holiday food! Specifically turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are so many ways to cook your turkey, maybe you want to change things up this year and try something new! Paul's has everything you need to cook a delicious turkey. A roaster oven is often considered the easy and traditional way! Just plug it in, put your turkey in (breast down is the best way to ensure a moist turkey), add some butter pats under the skin, a little poultry seasoning and you're set! Get on with the rest of your meal preparation, but don't forget to baste every once in a while. If you're family prefers to grill or smoke try using a Traeger. Or... if you decide to deep fry your turkey we have products for that too! Such as turkey fryers and peanut oil that we have at all of our locations. Just make sure you wait to fry until your turkey is fully thawed! Please let us know how they turned out because we would love to hear your recipes, tips, and tricks!! Of course for the rest of your holiday baking and cooking, we can help with that too. "My book is about groceries you purchase in a store. I explain about food, and how good, bad or ugly it can be for your health. Your challenge is to find out whether the food and drink you consume are good for your health or not. Then, make the right choices for your health and your family. The time has come for medicine to return back to its roots: food"
