Winter Registration is Open!
We're getting excited for winter semester!
Registration Announcements:

Everyone needs to double check their winter schedule! Even if you have already registered, please make sure it is correct!

When viewing your balance online, please make sure you are viewing the correct semester. If you have not paid your Fall balance, you will not be able to register for the Winter semester.

If you did not already pay your winter semester registration fee, it will be added to your account around January 18. Keep in mind that ALL classes are listed and invoiced at the $175 per class fee. All Winter semester payments will be due on or before January 30, 2019 to receive the early pay discount, which is $40 per class. After January 30, class fees are $175 per class and all invoices are due, paid in full, by March 31, 2019. IF you are paying on or before January 30, 2019 for your Winter semester classes,  then you are eligible to pay at the early pay discount rate which is $135 per class (a savings of $40/per class) - but, you must calculate that fee based on how many classes you are self-paying for. To figure this out, simply multiply the number of classes your child is taking this semester by $135 and then add on any lunch fees ($15/per semester) or Study Hall fees ($65/per hour).  After payment is received we will adjust your account, giving you the credit for the early pay discount.

Please make sure phone numbers are entered into your profile. If there is an emergency this is how we will reach you.

IMPORTANT : For SOARCE-funded families - All SOARCE credits have been applied. If you are questioning what SOARCE has paid for or not, you will need to contact them. You are responsible for any classes that SOARCE does not cover (like the Science lecture classes) or classes that may exceed what they will pay for. If you are using SOARCE funding, you are required to submit your winter class schedule to them on their google form . If this is not completed, they will not fund your classes. If you have questions about this, please reach out to SOARCE, not to Homeschool Connections. Your SOARCE credits will not be applied until after count requirements are successfully met for the Winter semester.

UE Literature Class has been changed from a year-long class to an A/B class. If you're interested in joining, t his class will focus on reading a trilogy of books by Grace Lin. Based on Chinese folklore, these books will set the readers' imaginations soaring: Where the Mountain Meets the Moon, Starry River of the Night Sky , and When the Sea Turned to Silver . Along with reading these stories, the class will focus on the different literary devices the author uses. From learning new vocabulary to looking at vivid imagery and plot twists, we will embark on a literary adventure. You may now register for this class in Orbund.
