Our Lifestyle & Nutrition Course and Ayurvedic Practitioners Courses were launched in September with 140 students. This time, in a whole new way ... online. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology and Zoom we were able to have totally interactive immersion weekends with all of our students. We miss having our wonderful students, bright eyed and shining with enthusiasm here in

Our students will be gearing up for courses packed with practical workshops and exercises. In level 1, they will be learning pulse and tongue diagnosis, taste tests, practical classes in remedy making plus real live patient training clinics. In level 2, they will be shadowing doctors consultations, learning to identify herbs and plants. Both courses are focused on training and nurturing people to use Ayurveda to treat disorder.

Universal Truths Discussion Series
Aspects of the human mind

The third stage of the series of lectures and discussions with the Venerable Anandasiri Thero and the Venerable Sunanda Thero on the different aspects of the human mind from the perspective of universal truth. Understanding of the human mind and practical advice on how to manage the mind significantly enhances our sense of happiness and freedom in life. This teaching is not religious, but rather relates to universal truth from a particular perspective.
This teaching is invaluable to all, helping us to safeguard our health and well being and release us from our mental and physical suffering. This teaching can also help us to support our families and communities, especially as Ayurvedic Practitioners, giving us the tools to offer some relief from suffering in a truly compassionate way. This is the way we awaken our consciousness.

Consultations are being held online and medicine prescriptions are posted to patients wherever they are.
We are currently unable to carry out Panchakarma treatments as many of the procedures involved are not possible with the necessary measures against covid.
