Five Leadership Team and Planning Meetings
will be every other week at the
First Baptist Church, 1907 Peach St., Higginsville
on Tuesday evenings 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
The dates of the Leadership and Planning meetings are:
- Tuesday, September 5
- Tuesday, September 19
- Tuesday, October 3
- Tuesday, October 17
- Tuesday, October 31 (if still needed)
Set up for the event will be Friday, November 3 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 pm
at the venue (East Gym of the High School-same as last year)
Leadership Team and Planning Members are asked to be there as close to 7 a.m. as possible on the event day.
Volunteers are asked to be there between 7:15 a.m. and 8:15 am on event day.
Service Providers and Vendors are asked to be there between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and MUST be ready to go by 8:30 a.m. on event day.
The training, Proclamation and charge will begin at 8:30 a.m. and doors open as soon as the training is over event day morning.

e REALLY need more help this year! Please be at the planning meeting(s) if you are interested! AND PLEASE feel free to forward this to others you know OR invite folks from your church, business, civic club OR even your neighborhood! We need help this year! We need YOUR help this year! I will be sending out Service Provider letters soon-this e-mail is simply informing about Leadership Team and Planning Meetings!
