Over the last 30 years, CCS has become one of the largest AV integration groups in the U.S., growing from 2 employees to over 300 with offices in 17 states. CCS’ goal was to create an innovative, dynamic, modern headquarters office with technology showcasing its AV design capabilities. 

The building’s exterior design includes a palette of colors and materials reflecting the forward-thinking culture of CCS Presentation Systems and is organized to break-up the linear nature of the structure.

The 2-story, 36,000 SF office building includes storage & fabrication areas, sales, service & training spaces, along with

a spacious outdoor courtyard.

Large glass movable walls and an oversized garage door leads to the outdoor amenity patio that can quickly transform the area into an event space large enough for more than 150 guests. 

Custom designed to accommodate a wide variety of corporate functions, this state-of-the-art facility features executive offices & boardrooms, open-plan workspaces & private meeting rooms, a spacious, open-concept lobby and waiting area, as well as a variety of offices and conference rooms equipped with the latest audio-visual technology.

Tech integration is first highlighted in the space’s entrance with wooden bleachers that face a large direct view LED video wall. Above the lobby is a glass and wood conference room that acts as a bridge and focal point connecting the 1st and 2nd floors.

The floor plan is a visually open and energetic space that innovates the way employees

work and collaborate.

Natural light fills the space, illuminating the wood materials, giving the entire space a tranquil, inviting feeling. Hand painted murals bring liveliness and vibrancy to the room, while plant installations and greenery add a unique touch of beauty and life. Natural materials, fabrics, and finishing's complete the look, giving the space a warm, yet modern, feel.
