The Reading Group
The 3rd Wednesday of the Month
12 noon
at the Synagogue

The Reading Group reads and discusses short stories from two short story collections of Yiddish women writers: "Found Treasures," edited by Frieda Forman and "Arguing with the Storm," edited by Rhea Tregebov, both of which can be found on Amazon.com.

Reading guides and short story selections for each session are sent out in advance of each meeting. Because the readings are short stories, you can miss sessions and still participate. For more information and to be put on the reading guide mailing list, contact Marsha Kessler at   marshakessler@earthlink.net.
Sit/Stand/Breathe Exercise

TCS/NT member, and dancer, choreographer, physician-assistant Jamie Stiller is teaching a sit/stand exercise group. The group meets every Monday at TCS/NT from 11:15 - 12:15. The focus of these classes will be on building strength in your core and extremities, learning to breathe mindfully to fuel your entire body, and having fun!
For more information, contact Marsha Kessler at 518/641-2928 or marshakessler@earthlink.net.
