2023 Municipal Budget
High River's Town Council has approved an Interim Operating Budget for 2023, enabling the Town to continue delivering programs and services while Council begins to deliberate the 2023 Municipal Budget. Watch for details about budget discussions in January 2023.

RCMP & Protective Services: South Residents Community Consultation
High River RCMP and Town's Protective Services team are hosting a series of Community Consultations. The goal is to listen and share information with residents.
Residents are invited to attend to share concerns and suggestions.
This session is for High River residents living in the south end of Town.
Avoid streams and any moving water even if they look frozen.
Be sure children are supervised and pets are on leash.
Do NOT venture onto storm ponds. The surfaces can change quickly.

Sign Standards Help Safeguard
High River's Small-Town Charm
The Town's sign standards are in place to ensure signs contribute to High River's character, beauty and small-town charm.
During the pandemic, enforcement of the Sign Bylaw and standards were relaxed.
As we return to normal operations in 2023, the Town will return to ensuring compliance with sign standards in the Land Use Bylaw.
Business License invoices will be send out early January. Please make payment within 30 days of the invoice date to avoid a penalty.
If you no longer require a Town of High River Business License, please call our main line at 403-652-2110 or email businesslicense@highriver.ca to cancel.

Renew your Annual Dog/Chickens/Bees License by January 31
All Town Animal Licenses are due January 31st, 2023.
