High School Retreat

Hello VCHS Families,

Below are instructions to Register for Retreat on Sept. 11th - Sept. 14th. All High School students will be attending Retreat and will receive a packing list during Orientation. Please register your student now!

Step 1: Click on the link below.

Step 2: Create an account or log in to your account. An authentication/verification link will be sent to your email.

Step 3: Open your email and follow the link to finish setting up your account, then begin registration.

Step 4: Please complete the required fields and sign electronically (paperless process).

Step 5: You’re done!

Student Council (STUCO) students will need to register with the STUCO Registration link. If your student is NOT apart of student council then please use the High School Registration link.

Summer Assignments

Summer Assignment Packets for honors or advanced classes will be available in the high school office for pick up during the summer. Please call the office if you would like clarification if you have a summer assignment.

College Counseling Group Meeting (new information)

Focus of meeting will be on use of Naviance and application timeline

Individual College Counseling Meetings

Students and their parents are strongly encouraged to sign-up for individual meetings with Mr. Wilson. Meetings for the month of June can be scheduled via the Calendly page here.

SAT Prep

June 22nd-August 3rd
Tuesdays & Thursdays,
1:00-3:00pm in the High school.

This will be a 6 week course with a pretest and posttest.

The course will be $250 with limited seats available.

Missing Classes

As a reminder, only twelve (12) class periods may be missed in a course per semester in order for a student to earn credits for the semester. If there are extraordinary circumstances or illnesses, please contact the HS administration. If your student needs to make up class hours due to additional absences, contact HS Admin to make a plan.
