Austin Community College District (ACC) will close for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 24, 2022 and will open 8:00 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2022.

Should I withdraw from my ACC course?
Withdrawal: to drop from an ACC course before the end of the semester for academic or personal reasons. When a student withdraws from a course, they receive a grade of “W” on their transcript. W's do not affect GPA, but they do affect completion rate.
Below is a flowchart to help you determine if dropping is the best option for you. Please keep in mind that this is meant to be a general guide, not a rulebook -- you should always consult your instructor, high school counselor, and ACC advisor before withdrawing from a course.

ACC in partnership with Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM) will have a no-cost distribution of fresh produce, eggs, and more to the ACC San Gabriel Campus.

These events will be a drive-thru process. We appreciate the ACC campus police and volunteers who will be helping to make it all happen. Please spread the word about the monthly distributions.
When you see the big truck with fruits and vegetables on it, you’re in the right spot! Drive-thru distribution begins at noon.

The Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Community College, and Red Kite have partnered to host financial aid workshops across Central Texas. All students are welcome and workshops will offer FAFSA/TASFA completion support from area schools and other area colleges.
